ADM and ASPIRE donated furniture, educational toys and brought seedlings, which they planted at the Educare centre. These equipment and supplies will help the school develop and groom the children and future leaders of the district and country.
One of the centre's co-founders expressed joy and gratitude for what ADM and ASPIRE did for them.
One of the co-founders of the centre said, “As I am not educated, I wanted to open the school due to the village's circumstances. Where there was a safe place in the village for children to be educated, and develop their minds while the parents were working the Timber fields. I would like to thank the Executive Mayor, the Amathole District Municipality, The ASPIRE CEO and the ASPIRE staff. There are a lot of things we still need. We hope the needs of the Amathole District will be taken care of the way that we have been.”
