The documents must be dropped in the Tender box of ASPIRE ground floor in ADM buildings at 14 Fitzpatrick Rd, Quigney, East London, 5201 (Old Academy Building).
Thereafter, the BID(s) will be opened in public, and the closing register will be placed on the ASPIRE website (www.aspire.org.za).
