Mbhashe Municipal Management Support Systems

Aspire, registered as the Amathole Economic Development Agency, is a Pty Ltd company and is wholly owned by the Amathole District Municipality. Our vision is to be a pioneer in the stimulation of spatial economic development.

Aspire invites proposals from suitable service providers to review and develop strategies for the municipal management support systems of Mbhashe Local Municipality to improve the revenue collection of the municipality, as part of Aspire’s small town regeneration program. These strategies should lead to the development of a business and implementation plan for the identified municipal support systems with special emphasis on the human resources, financial and business processes departments to improve and increase revenue collection of the municipality.
