Environmental Impact Assessment for Hamburg Artist's Residency

Aspire, registered as the Amathole Economic Development Agency, is a Pty Ltd company and is wholly owned by the Amathole District Municipality. Our vision is to be a pioneer in the stimulation of spatial economic development. Bids are requested from experienced service providers to undertake a Basic Assessment Report for the Hamburg Artist's Residency. Price: 40 points
Functionality 40 points
HDI Status: 12 points
Female Ownership: 2 points
Disability Ownership: 2 points
Location in the Amathole Region: 4 points
Total: 100 points

Tenderers Should Note The Following Tender Conditions:
It is anticipated that this procurement will be less than R30,000. If tendered amounts received are greater than R30,000 including VAT, the 80:20 principle as detailed in the PPPFA will apply. Please refer to the above criteria and score allocations. It is imperative for tenderers quoting greater than R30,000 to supply the following information: price, experience, HDI status, female ownership, disability ownership and proof of location in the Amathole Region. Aspire reserves the right to ask for this information. The Aspire supply chain management policy will apply. Aspire does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender or any other tender and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the tender. Tenders which are late, incomplete, unsigned or submitted by fax or electronically, will not be accepted.
